This garden is an artifact of the Edo era, when one of the daimyo, a lord named Naito, decided to create the garden for his private palace. There are rose gardens, all types of trees, and pretty much anything you could imagine in the garden. Get a Drink in an Izakaya in Shinjuku or Shibuya

Japan is one of the most fun places to eat food and get drinks but it can be a very hard place for a foreigner to find their way around. Visit Sensoji Temple

In Tokyo one thing you may certainly want to do is visit some of the temples and take in some of the culture of the city. There is a ton of modern stuff going on but Tokyo also has a lot of culture. High up on the culture list is Sensoji Temple which is the oldest temple in all of Tokyo. You can find this temple if you go to visit the Asakusa district. Visit the Tsukiji Fish Market

The Tsukiji fish market has long been one of the biggest attractions in Tokyo for a number of reasons but perhaps principal among them was the famous Tuna action that took place here. You can come from anywhere and watch the fisherman auction off the massive tuna to a group of silent auction attendees who bid using what appears to be sign language. Since 2018 just part of the market remains as a lot has moved over to a new location. If you are still interested in checking out the famous tuna actions that used to take place in the Tsukiji fish market, you should now go to the Toyosu market. The Toyosu market has the tuna auctions and all of the silent bidding.

Eat Fish at a Restaurant in Ginza

Near to the Tsukiji fish market is one of the most famous districts in Tokyo, Ginza. Ginza is known for a number of things but among them for having some of the best bars and restaurants in the city. Tokyo has some of the most Michelin star restaurants of any city in the entire world and quite a number of them can be found in Ginza.
